About the Journal

The Chinggisid History and Heritage Journal is a peer-reviewed academic journal devoted to the interdisciplinary study of the Mongol Empire and the Chinggisid world across its full historical and geographic scope. Published by the Chinggis Khaan & Mongol Empire Research Center, it provides an international forum for original, source-based research on the political, social, economic, religious, and cultural histories of Chinggisid polities and their legacies across Inner Asia and Eurasia.

The journal encourages comparative and transregional approaches and welcomes contributions on the afterlives of the Chinggisid world, including memory, identity, and heritage. It seeks to strengthen global scholarly dialogue and advance rigorous research on the enduring significance of the Mongol Empire.
